Design For Manufacture (DFM) Hints and Tips

By supplying files that the manufacturer can work with readily will reduce the process time and reduce the possibility of error associated with any handling of data.

In the first video of the series we are looking at the required Gerber files that are to be sent to us for manufacturing of a Pcb. We also look at how to properly identify non-plated holes. This is a common problem for new designers and old alike as why should the designer know what files are required unless they are told about it?
